Jill Connell

Jill Connell joined the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Lowell in 2026 as the Finance & HR Associate, Accounting, supporting the Club’s finance and grants operations. With more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit and educational organizations, Jill helps keep things running smoothly behind the scenes—managing accounts payable, supporting grant accounting, and making sure financial records are organized, accurate, and up to date. She loves details, building strong relationships with colleagues and vendors, and creating systems that make everyone’s work a little easier. Most of all, Jill enjoys knowing that her work helps support the programs and opportunities that make the Club such a special place for Lowell’s youth.

Jill holds a BFA in Photography from Parsons School of Design and a Masters in Arts Administration from Boston University. Before joining the Club, Jill worked at Sizer School, the YMCA of Central Massachusetts, and Camp Starfish, where she led financial reporting, designed payables and receivables processes and oversaw fund development.

Outside of work, Jill enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing video games, and a good book. She’s excited to be part of the Club community and to support the important work happening there every day.
