After School Program 2019-2020
Club Hours: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM ages 8 – 12, 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM ages 13 – 18

In order to enroll in the Club, you must be between the ages of 8 and 18. All potential members must attend new member orientation prior to enrolling at the Club. Orientation is held every Wednesday at 6:00 pm.
The membership fee for the school year is $30 for members ages 8-12 and $5 for members ages 13-18. No child is turned away due to inability to pay; scholarships are offered to children who could not otherwise afford the membership fee. Contact the office to discuss scholarship or payment plan options at 978-458-4526.
Please note that the membership fee is non-refundable after the first day of after school or summer programming.

New member orientation takes place every Wednesday at 6:00 pm, and must be attended prior to enrolling at the Club.
Applications are available Monday – Friday 10:00 am – 6:00 pm (unless otherwise stated)
Card Club Policy
Club members must have their club card to enter the building. Lost cards may be replaced for a $2.00 fee.
- To have fun!
- Please keep personal belongings in a safe space. The Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
- Respect your fellow Club members, Staff and be kind to one another.
- Club members that need to make a phone call must ask permission from a staff member.
- Members must wait inside the Club for rides.
- Additional expectations and guidelines will be provided during orientation
Open Door Policy
The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Lowell operates on an open door policy.
This means there is supervision in the Club only! Members who leave the building or are caught wandering outside the building will be given a two day suspension. We encourage parents to speak with their children regarding this policy.
Parents will be charged a $25 late pick-up fee if they pick up their child(ren) after 6:15 pm. Members will not be allowed to return to the Club until the fee is paid.
In order to provide a safe environment for all members, parents and visitors are required to check in at the front desk when picking up their child. Parents and visitors must remain in the waiting area during afternoon pick up.

Summer Program –
The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Lowell’s Summer Program consists of programming for youth ages 8 – 18 from 9 AM – 5 PM Monday – Friday each week for 7 weeks in the summer months. Early drop-off and late pick-up are available for an additional fee.
Program dates for 2020 will be announced in late spring.
Breakfast and Lunch each day are included with program fees, as are Teen Nights for youth ages 13 – 18.
Program includes sports and recreation, art, music, gardening, robotics, field trips, and much more!
Club members will spend the day in groups by age.
- Registration fee: $30/child*
- Weekly program fee: $30 (includes all activities and breakfast and lunch each day)
- Early drop off (7:30 AM): $5 per family/day
- Late pick-up (6:00 PM): $5 per family/day
Payment in full is due for the first registered week. No refunds will be issues after July 1st.
The weekly balance payment is due by Friday at 4 PM the week prior to enrollment.
Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited. Limited scholarships are available, please visit the Club to pick up an application form.
*Current Club members do not need to pay an additional registration fee
