2024-2025 Afterschool Program
We are looking forward to another great school year! Our After School program begins on August 29th, and is available to youth between the ages of 8 and 18, Monday through Friday from 2PM to 6PM. Teen Nights will begin September 3rd, and will take place Tuesday – Thursdays from 6 – 8 PM. Please see below to learn how to register your child and for more information about our program and policies.
How to register your child
To register your child(ren) to attend the Club this school year, please download and print this registration form.
Caregivers have the option to drop-off their application at the Club between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm OR scan and email their application to membership@lbgc.org. The Club will also have printed membership applications available for pick-up if needed during the hours of 10 am and 2 pm.
Membership Fee
The membership fee for the school year is $40 per child. No child is turned away due to inability to pay; scholarships are offered to children who could not otherwise afford the membership fee. The following Club rules must be followed at all times:
- To have fun!
- Please keep personal belongings in a safe space. The Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
- Respect your fellow Club members, Staff and be kind to one another.
- Club members that need to make a phone call must ask permission from a staff member.
- Members must wait inside the Club for rides.
- Additional expectations and guidelines will be provided during orientation
Open Door Policy
The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Lowell maintains an Open Door Policy. It is the responsibility of the Parent/Guardian to set and enforce their expectations regarding how and when their child/teen may leave the Club. The Club is not a licensed child care center and cannot be responsible for the supervision of children beyond closing time. Parents/Guardians are responsible for their child/teens transportation to and from the Club.
The Boys & Girls Club is open during construction
Please note the following information if you are dropping off or picking up a Club member, or plan on visiting the Boys & Girls Club.
All parking for the Club is on Middlesex Street.
Club members will enter the Club to the right of the (former) main entrance. This entrance is for members only.
If you are picking up a Club member, please text 978-866-8410 with the Club member’s name and age, as well as what time you will arrive. To avoid waiting, please send your text at least 15 minutes prior to arriving at the Club.
Once you arrive at the Club, park along Middlesex Street and the Club member(s) will be walked out to you by a staff member.
If you are visiting the Club for any other reason, to register a child, to meet with staff or drop off items for the Club – please park along Middlesex Street and check in at our Administrative Building, located at the front of the (former) parking lot. No one except staff and Club members may enter the building from Eagle Court. The Administrative Building is open Monday – Friday from 9 AM – 4 PM.
