As Athletics & Recreation Coordinator, Ajadus facilitates programming in the gym and guides youth in the development of Healthy Lifestyles by providing exposure, opportunities, and leadership. Ajadus also facilitates a broad range of In-House Sports Leagues for both our 12 & Unders and Teens (Flag Football, Soccer, Basketball). Ajadus also assists with our annual Peace League Summer Basketball Initiative (a program dedicated to helping teens stay off the streets). Ajadus facilitates a program called “Healthy Habits” which develops skills, confidence, motivation, attitudes, knowledge and behaviors essential to an overall healthy lifestyle. With this program, young people learn to sustain the health of the mind, body and soul. Ajadus has 2 years of assistant coaching experience with our 18 & UnderTravel Basketball League. My goal is to be able to teach and encourage our young people to take essential life skills learned from sports and apply them into their daily lives as they grow and develop. Ajadus loves to do teen recruitment all year round and enjoys being a part of the process.

Prior to working at the club, Ajadus was a Club Alum and had been coming to the club since he was 7 years old. Ajadus was also born and raised in Lowell, MA. Ajadus happens to be the oldest of 6 kids (so he’s always around with kids 24/7). Ajadus went to Greater Lowell Technical Vocational High School in Tyngsboro, MA. What made him come back and transition over to a Staff Member is to inspire, motivate, and make an impact on the lives of our young people. He loves to not only teach sports, but to take life skills within that and apply them to daily life! Ajadus loves to give back by helping young people expand their areas of interest. What he simply loves the most is how the kids and Sports & Fitness can play a vital role and correlate into their daily lives.
