Bukhari Brown

Bukhari Brown holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Salem State University and a Masters Degree in Social Work from Lesley University. He joined the Club in May 2026, previously working as an individual therapist before moving to his role as Youth Services Manager. In this role, Bukhari coordinates and accommodates the needs of club members, whether they are mental, educational, social, or community-related. Referrals for therapy, IEP accommodations, identity groups, and one-on-one sessions are just a few ways this role aims to meet each club member where they are in life.

Before coming to the Boys and Girls Club, Bukhari held many roles in the human service field, ranging from child protection and residential care to therapy. Now with us, Bukhari will lead our mentors and other club contributors in making our space comforting and developmentally appropriate for members of all ages.
