Mai Nguyen

About Mai:

Mai Nguyen is the Organizational Development Director at the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Lowell. In this role, Mai partners with the Executive Director and Senior Leadership Team to strengthen leadership capacity, organizational culture, and internal systems that support the Club’s growth and long-term impact.

Mai’s work focuses on leadership and professional development, organizational effectiveness, change management, and data-informed decision-making to help ensure the Club can sustainably serve young people and families as it scales. She is committed to advancing the Club’s vision of ending generational poverty by building the people, practices, and culture needed to support youth in Greater Lowell.

Prior to joining BGCGL, Mai worked in operations and analytics in the biotech sector, founded an education technology startup in Vietnam, and spent five years teaching students across age groups. She brings a cross-sector and global perspective, with experience in organizational development, systems thinking, and applied data analysis.
