Mai Nguyen

About Mai:

Mai Nguyen is the Executive Project Manager at the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Lowell. Mai supports the Executive Director, Senior Leadership, and Board of Directors in executing our Strategic Plan, Believe & Become Comprehensive Capital Campaign, and ultimately the Club’s vision of ending generational poverty. She does this through effective project management, logistics, and communication.

Before joining the Club, Mai worked as an Executive Assistant in a Cambridge-based biotech company, founded an educational technology startup in her home country, Vietnam, and taught students of various ages for five years.

In her free time, Mai enjoys discovering new music, reading philosophy and literature, cooking, and chasing her two cats, George and Zuzu. Mai brings a diverse skill set to our team with experience and/or education in philosophical reasoning, organizational development, data science, and literacy in multiple languages.

Mai chooses to work at BGCGL because she believes the club’s mission – to inspire and enable young people, especially those who need us most, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring citizens – will allow her to do a lot of good in the world.
