Michelle Watson

Michelle Watson is the Finance and Human Resource Associate at the Lowell Boys & Girls Club, where she supports the organization’s financial operations and employee relations with dedication and care. In her role, she helps ensure that the Club runs smoothly behind the scenes.

As a proud former Club kid herself, Michelle is deeply connected to the Club’s mission and brings both personal passion and professional commitment to her work. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Worcester State University (2024) and an Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts from Quinsigamond Community College (2020), grounding her work in both people-centered values and administrative excellence.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys exploring the outdoors of the Northeast with her four children, and their Saint Dane lapdog, Zuzu Bailey.
