Pathways Manager
Na Chanh Lam holds a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from UMass Lowell. She joined the Club team in October 2012, and previously served as the Technology Coordinator and Makerspace Lead before moving into her current role as the Teen Pathways Manager. In this role, Na is responsible for establishing Pathway program objectives that are consistent with the organization’s goals and mission, overseeing the provision of day-to-day program activities, and ensuring that all members are participating in a variety of activities that help them to develop skills.
Before coming to the Boys & Girls Club, Na interned at 119 Gallery as a Gallery Assistant, and at the Revolving Museum working with middle school age children as an Arts and Craft Coordinator and Gallery Assistant. At the Boys and Girls Club she offers different programs involving technology, including STEAM Programs, First Lego League Robotics, Fashion Design, and Crafty Girls.
