Kyle Johnson

A little bit about Kyle:

Kyle is the Data Evaluation Coordinator here at the Boy’s and Girl’s Club of Greater Lowell. Kyle oversees efforts to measure, analyze, and report on the organizations programmatic impact and organizational effectiveness. He also seeks to build and maintain an organizational culture that uses both qualitative and quantitative data to improve programs and practices.

Kyle holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology and is currently working towards his Master’s Degree in Community and Social Psychology, both from UMass Lowell. Prior to joining the Club staff, he worked as a Lifeguard Supervisor. Being half-way through his graduate degree, Kyle wanted to apply much of what he has learned so far towards helping people directly.

Kyle is ecstatic to be working at BGCGL because he whole-heartedly believes in our mission, along with always wanting to help the youth succeed in a meaningful way.

When Kyle is not at the Club, he enjoys spending time hiking outdoors with his dog, traveling to new places, and spending time with family and friends. He loves music, sports, gaming, exercising, and the beach.  In his free time, he also enjoys snowboarding during the winters, swimming during the summers, and going to Celtics games as much possible.

Lastly, Kyle believes that the Club is such an amazing place to work, everyone is so nice and accepting, and he is passionately
motivated to make a positive impact in the community in which he calls home. Kyle really enjoys a fulfilling work environment where he and his colleagues are working together to help improve the lives of others.
